Uber Freight DE Feedback
YOE:3 Chicago TC: 110k I had my onsite for Sr. Data Engineer role last friday. Got a feedback call from the recruiter today. Recruiter said: overall positive feedback from the panel but I lacked the experience for the senior level(managing people) and above avg coding round. Now she'll check with other hiring managers if I can be considered for any lower level. Should I keep any expectations now?

Lots of roles opening up, keep showing interest and check back in with the recruiter every month or so and you’ll likely get something one level lower.
