Interviewing, but a friend of mine says steer clear and that they have had a lot of attrition and product is a mess. Anyone know the scoop?
Tons of potential, but really bad management and toxic culture in the last 1.5 years or so. Head of UF was just fired a month ago with no replacement, so no one knows what's going to happen now.
The ops leadership is driving the cultural issues. Internal uber chatter suggests he'll be gone once they find a new head. Zero trust in that organization and never led ops before.
