Which team would be better for career growth? Freight pros: smaller team growing cons: Freight is B2B and has a lot less scale. only 2 million trucks in the us. Things happen slower. HQ will be in Chicago New Mobility pros: B2C and has scale right now more innovation cons: more likely to be affected by lay off Also, Nemo and Freight are the only businesses not affected by the new California bill.
Nemo has a lot of question marks around being a viable business. Freight is growing but mostly outside SF.
They should let engineers in SF work remote :)
Anyone know the scale of Freight? Rough tps? 500k vehicles out in the field sending data every 30 seconds will only generate low thousands events per second at peak times.
TPS?
Transactions per second. There might be a more relevant metric. I'm just trying to get an idea of the scale.
Any insights on the u4B group?
