How long does it take? Recruiter mentioned it takes 3-4 weeks for the team to put materials together and file. After that it takes the usual premium processing time. 3-4 weeks sounds pretty long - is that accurate? Previous companies did it in 1 week...don’t want to be stuck in my current job longer than necessary
Big attorney firms are usually very slow, my current company filed in 7 days (as soon as they got LCA) , on the other hand BAL is taking forever to file.
For me, BAL took about a month to file. They did tell me that it would take that long, so I wasn't surprised by it.
How long after the LCA did they take to file?
LCA didn't take long at all. It was insignificant enough that I can't even remember. They told me the prep time after I get the documents to them was 2-4 weeks. And it took close to 4 weeks.
