Uber Hyderabad Compensation
Was recently approached by a recruiter from Uber Hyderabad regarding an SDE 2 role. Any idea about the work being done in Hyderabad and the compensation?

Could go upto 50-60LPA. Workwise: Risk/FinTrch teams are in Hyd. Culture is super better than Amazon.

This is a little late but it might help others whoβre in the same boat as OP SDE2 base maxes out at 36-37 lpa (not including companyβs contribution to PF) You can get joining bonus. I got around 6 lacs. Stocks can vary. They gave me 2000 shares (56 lacs worth) over 4 years and after the first year they vest monthly. Target performance bonus is 10% of base, target stock refresher is around 16-18 lacs. All numbers are for level 4 SDE2
