Uber India has a huge range of disparity for older and fresh employees both in RSUs and base salaries offered for same roles. Do you guys think will there be any compensation normalisation within company for older employees? Or would the issue be left for discussion forever?

What range does Uber India pay to SDE1?
18L-28L per annum as base
It already happened last year. Anything that hasn't happen will not happen anyway.
What about range for sde2?

yeah.. the company pretends to normalize the salaries in the meetings. Not sure if that would actually happen!!
