Uber India referral for SDE1
Hi , Are there any available positions for SDE1 role at Uber India ? I have 2 yoe . Would it be better to work for a year more and then apply as SDE2 or better to get in as SDE1 now? Uber folks chip in. I would be really grateful if you could refer me for the position. Thanks Tc: 18 lpa
I heard that internal promo is harder than joining at the same level. If you're close to SE2 competency I would recommend applying later. For SE2 you need to demonstrate coding proficiency at your chosen tech stack, being able to work on small projects independently with minimal supervision, and/or experience working with others in a team on larger projects.
What is ION Group? And how can they pay you 18lpa? That is a lot of money, no?
I don't work there anymore , was being paid 13 lpa , switched recently 6 months back to foodtech startup. Also ION Group is a fintech MNC, which develops a lot of trading products for investment banks. Very popular in Europe.
Also 18 lpa = 25k dollars. Tell me how is that a lot ? ;)
May I ask you what are those Tier1 companies offering >30 loathed fixed for 5 YoE?
