Depends on what you can live with at a minimum in terms of financial flexibility and your life cycle. Bonus could be more generous (circa 16%, could be 25%). Uber stock probably needs to be discounted heavily for now but honestly over a 4y horizon (if you plan to stick for that long) it could halve again or you could end up with over 1mm, but I would say you shouldn't decide based on that (I'd discount it to 50% then do TVM calculation to today to give yourself a sense for your minimum future financial situation). Ride share has few competitors for now, so could be huge but make the worst case your base case
