I just finished my internship at Uber and received a full time return offer: 110k base, 2k RSU, no signing bonus. Is this on par with other offers, or am I being low balled? I was explicitly told by my manager that I performed very well during my internship, which is why I was expecting a better offer. Also my friends at FB and Amazon received much better offers. My recruiter said they give blanket offers to everyone and there’s no room for negotiation. How true is this? Is there a way to negotiate for more rsu?
What is RSU valued at?
Are you from some middle-of-nowhere uni? If not, I can’t think of a more giant FU from your manager
Go elsewhere
Crush them
Is blanket offers true?
That’s what they told me, but I’m not sure if it’s true or not
probably true
Get other offers. Taking the first one on the table is a rookie move
Lol I made a thread a while back asking why ubers new grad offer is so uncompetitive
Is this SF or Seattle or other?
