I had my uber onsite SDE 2 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything from them yet. What are my odds here, mighty Blind?

Was their urgency on their end to get you scheduled before the holiday break?
Yes, they really wanted me to interview with them before the end of the year.

Usually we do debrief for on-site interviews the same week the candidate came in. About three weeks ago I interviewed a candidate and the debrief is scheduled for the end of this next week... It's holiday scheduling which has likely removed some panelists and they are waiting for them to return.
Unless option 1, 2, 3 even 4 say no. Not that likely. Although it’s not hiring season it might just be delayed, did you even send an email??

I have sent an email to the recruiter and she said I should be getting an answer this week, but its already Friday and no response......
