Uber SWE II Comp

I graduated ~12 months ago, but have 2.5 YOE at a startup in my home country. This is my uber offer, I have onsites coming up for other companies, but this will explode before I have a chance to do them. My recruiter says it's high for the range, do I take it? Or keep interviewing and hope for something better? I feel good about the team, but I also feel great about some of the other teams I'm talking to. This is for Seattle. 144k Base 289k RSU's (4 year vest, linear monthly after 1 year cliff) 15k Cash bonus [Unknown] Stock bonus 38k Signing bonus So TC is ~$240k over 4 years (ex stock bonus)

take the offer and reneg if something much much better comes in. but I doubt you'll get something much stronger than this

yeah it probably will but there are plenty of companies in Seattle that'll likely pick you up if you decide to leave Uber
