How to prepare for it? Is it similar to Amazon's? Do they also follow leadership principles bullshit?
2 tips. 1) be able to explain what you’ve done very clearly. 90% of the times the BR is from a different specialty than yours, unlike the technical interviewers or the hiring manager. They are used to hear people talk about things they know little about but you can’t assume they know everything about the tech. Contextualize, explain why this or that is important, etc. 2) develop awareness of yourself and your career. and don’t overthink it. It’s really just a conversation about your work.
I think it's like a behavioral interview. Like tech rounds, you simply need a kind of preperation for this. As someone above mentioned, don't sweat about it too much. You will be fine..
No, they don't follow LP. The questions are tech and situation based so you need to be prepared for questions like "describe a situation when...", "what's the most challenging..."
