Hi, I will be starting at Uber soon and had a few questions that I hope and appreciate your guidance on. 1. Health benefits: What would be the best plan for a family of 6 (4kids)? 2. Is there a Gym close by to Uber HQ? What about showers in the facility if one joins a Gym close by? Is there any Meditation/Yoga room? My previous employer (Workday) was great for work life balance and these sort of things 3. Best way to commute from Union City, South Hayward area beside the Bart? Do Uberian use Scoop? 4. Phone plan reimbursement? Do you port your personal number or get a new phone/line that Uber subsidized? Thanks again for taking the time and answering these questions.
welcome. 1. kaiser plan is pretty good. 2. HQ has small gym at floor 1 and it has shower. honestly, gym and shower thing is not sorted at Uber and you are only left with 24 hour fitness close to market st. 3. besides bart you can uber pool or scoop. 4. you can get corp phone and plan both provided by uber. If you want to use your phone, uber pays $50 bucks per month if I remember towards monthly phone bill
