Uber international move and comp adjustment

If someone joins Uber in USA and move back to Uber in India (say because of Visa issue), how compensation will be impacted because of the move? Specifically RSUs, do they allocate new set of RSUs (lesser than USA RSUs) or existing grant will stay put. TC: 380k YoE: 10
