Can someone share the Uber performance frequency, timing, and policy on new hires (such as too new to review)? My wife is trying to set a start date and would like to take this into consideration. Thanks in advance.
Best time to start is Q1 and Q2.
Also, your wife needs to take into account that won't be entitled to any promotion until she's at least 1 year at Uber. Stupid new rule. But it's a reality and a sad one unfortunately.

Every 6 months and must be >~1 month. so prior to June or December. Year end bonus prorated. Best time to start would be right now.
