After their recent earnings - it looks like Uber is well staged for a steep increase in stock price. worth buying?
That’s a good buy at 27. Considering current market trends and psychology I feel this is one of the stocks that will hit 200-300 in a few months given the scale and growth rate. I am wondering if there is any risk that might pull the stock down?
I think there's a lot of regulatory risk that could keep it subdued in the short term. Every market they're in (eats, freight, ride share) has a lot of competition as well. I could see a Facebook like rise to 200-300b market share once the products they offer start to mature (scooter/bike rental, freight)

I’m getting a steep rise for sure
Just to make the bear case - Uber is a heavy ops business, not a light tech company. There is a possibility that it gets scooped by self driving cars before seeing a dime of profit
Realistically Lyft would be acquired for this purpose first and then perhaps would be Uber’s potential turn with another player
I loaded up on it at 26/27. I still think it will jump by another 50-100% when they post their first adjusted ebitda profit (q4/q1 2021)
