What does the comp structure look like now for existing employees as well as new offers? Also are there annual refreshers?

I have been hearing it is same but they are giving you cash amount and not the numbers of rsu which means if stock goes down you will just get more rsu
New offers are likely larger RSU count to maintain comparable TC, though I’m not sure any have come out post IPO, so we don’t know for sure yet. Uber offers have always been RSU heavy, though base is usually competitive. There are annual refreshers weighted for level and perf multiplier.
