Uber vs Facebook

I have an offer from FB and Uber and wanted help some evaluating the offer in terms of comp, company, growth, moving up the ladder etc. Fb total comp - $275 Uber total comp - $245 Comp includes base, rsu, sign-on and yearly bonus Yeo - 4 E4 at Uber and L4 at Uber The team at Uber is interesting, while at FB team matching is done at boot camp. So apart from teams in general considering comp, personal growth, opportunity to learn lead and manage, moving up the ladder what would better? Please add reasons for choices to help me better understand. Edit : initially thought WLB was important to me. But after having given some though I would be interested in growth and impact and getting opportunities to move up the ladder.

You may add a poll to see the Pareto distribution: I bet it’s gonna be 80% FB, 20% Uber.

Take fb for real money and less risk. Uber if you believe in the mission and hope the stock is gonna double(it is btw). Generally speaking, Wlb is great at Uber and blind is filled with bad wlb reviews on fb Benefits at fb are no way comparable to Uber, so if that's important hands down fb. Join us to feel the exhilarating ride of the IPO journey. At least you can say "I was there when Uber IPO'ed"

Unless your “exhilarating ride” is 4.25 stars, in which case you just can’t wait to get out...
