      Thanks. Not worry about typical PIP that I canโ€™t do the job. HM reached out in the past too but not too eager to move to SF, and turned it down. They are opening a position for remote and hence considering.
      What I was worrying was the demand on crazy hours and end up getting PIP for not being able to meet that demand. Twitter is very flexible for me (as a parent needing to take care of 2 young kids).
      For TC, is levels.fyi accurate? My TC dropped significantly at Twitter coz I joined at crazy high price, hence extremely low TC for L7.
