Has anybody lived in a different city just for a change while working remotely?

Thinking to move out of Seattle for a month or so to explore other cities with good weather conditions and active outdoor life in summers.
Thinking about Bay Area /New York/ Chicago.
Any suggestions/ AirBnB tips?

Skip Bay Area in summer, or at least SF. Fall is the best time of year in SF.
But yeah springtime is definitely the best time in Texas. I donβt recommend waiting in line at Terry Blacks in August, itβs not for the faint of heart
2021:
JAN-APRIL = Austin (lived in Austin for years prior)
APRIL-JULY = Hawaii
JULY-DEC = Austin (Company announced RTO then cancelled it so I got a new lease, thankfully only a 7 month one)
2022:
Found a new remote job
JAN-FEB = Austin (lease ended)
FEB-MAY = NYC (currently here)
MAY-AUG = Seattle (planned)
AUG-NOV = Chicago, or Philly (or both, planned)
Don't know what's next after that... but I have really enjoyed NYC so far and my team is based here so maybe I convert to hybrid in the future. I would love to be able to do international one day, maybe on one of those remote working visa's countries are introducing.
Oh and for the record I list my parents house in Dallas as my home address. I do spend maybe a total of 6-8 weeks there in the year in between other locations. IDK if this counts as tax evasion lmao, not trying to do anything shady, I would happily pay local taxes in each of these locations for the time spent there... but that sounds complex.
Hopefully I can find a resort that is fairly relaxing and drink the whole time on the beach
Atlassian is fully remote
