Have a sdet loop coming up, likely L6. What kind of design interview can I expect? Designing something like a test framework or the usual system design that devs get asked? @Amazon
Ps: Please lets not troll the role, I'm genuinely interested and want to make the shift from a dev (have not been a sdet ever, 15 yrs). If all you have got to say is that I'm nuts, please keep it to yourself.

I think they'll ask you to design an API and/or a monitoring framework. E.g., suppose you need to simulate load. Or suppose you need to collect logs. Things of that nature.
Think of some infrastructure you use for monitoring, and imagine how you would implement it, as opposed to designing Twitter or Imgur
