Why does Google Fi Suck?

Update: my bad this was my first post thought I added the story up here. I’ll keep it short. Last 3 days of a bill cycle I ordered a SIM card for my fiancé but didn’t get the SIM card. When I checked my bill for the last 3 days I was billed a prorated rate of $52?! For 3 days and mind you never connected pr used the sim. Nor was there a disclaimer on the cost implications for the current bill cycle. I reached out and this was brain dead idiots response.

I have reviewed your recent interaction with one of our support associates, and understand you have questions regarding your bill. As your member's charges for the unlimited plan were not charged on the bill in July, a prorated charge was generated for their time on the bill in July. As the unlimited plan is a flat rate charge, that won't be able to be removed or refund, no matter how much or little data was used. I do apologize, but this is how our policy works. If you would like, you can submit feedback in the Google Fi app and our features team will review and possibly implement ideas from customers like you!
