Does google match the un-vested stocks ?
For example, if I have 200k in my un-vested stock in my current company and Iβm offered 100k in joining RSU bonus, can I negotiate to make it 300k ?
Or matching means they will make it to 200k ?

However in my situation, my un-vested stocks are accumulation of my past 4-5years grants. So how do I calculate the TC in this case. e.g. I have 300k unvested out of which 100k new got granted last year.
