HR got back to me and wanted to schedule a call for the offer. Any idea what the value(not inflated by HR) of the stock is. Would like to ask them how many instead of them giving me a $ figure
Very strange, offer came in at 6000 RSU but they did not want to share the value. Is that common?
Unfortunately I cannot help since I don't have experience in tech with RSU offers. But 6000 RSU doesn't tell you anything. They need to disclose either the implied stock value or the 6000 RSU value, and the implied valuation... Because you don't know the # of total shares nor the implied valuation of that offer. So yeah whoever sent that offer is not giving a piece of the puzzle. That being said, again, a lot of people would like to invest in Kraken pre IPO so maybe that's why they are purposely keeping some information confidential. But still, this is a conversation you need to have. Doesn't mean it's necessarily a low offer.
I work at Kraken. This is a little disappointing if it's true. It's impossible to evaluate the offer without this basic information. Also afaik we don't offer RSUs. Your offer was likely options. Feel free to DM and I might be able to help but I would still demand exact numbers from the recruiters
Did you take the offer? I've completed 4 rounds and it went really well.
Did you get the job? How long after your last interview were you offered the job or told you didn't get it?

The last round should give you a range no ? Last I saw was $10-20bn round. It's hard to guess otherwise without figures... Coinbase is valued at $50bn for example I think $15bn isn't a bad valuation. Kraken has solid security, trade flows, doesn't waste on marketing and a really good CEO imo...
