Domino data lab

Curious about the culture and upside of this company. We already have Databricks standing there with expanding product scope trying to take over the data analytics workloads, is there much room for small players like Domino lab? My friend is talking to them and not sure if it’s worth to go from FAANG to this small startup. Would be great if anyone has any insight to share
