I'm interviewing for a relatively senior Program Manager role at Microsoft. From what the recruiter said, this is the Microsoft equivalent of Product Manager. Does anyone have any insight on what sort of questions I should expect to get asked or how to prep?
I'm most worried about coding questions as I'm not the most technical PM. Should I brush up on systems designs?

First round was a Hiring Manager round. He then pushed me to the next loop - which 4 rounds.
I was in rounds with Coinbase, Pinterest & Shopify so thought it would standard Tech, Execution & Design questions but apparently that's not how its done.
I spoke to two managers/leaders from the Org I was interviewing at and got standard design and execution style questions. The interviewers were very senior and were very casual about the interview.
The next two were with potential skip manager and VP for the Org. Skip manager asked me real problems they were facing and when I would answer - they would say - yup we tried that - what else can you think of ? But they were nice and kept the whole interview conversational.
They offered me a role at Lvl 64 and cited concern that I didn't work at a large org. My Pinterest and Shopify offers in Toronto were more than their Seattle offer. So I declined.
