Have you used / would you use Professional Headshots for your LinkedIn / personal webpage / online CV or similar bio?
When I see people with pro pics on LinkedIn I assume it’s the directors and above profile picture they’re reusing or that they’re assholes.
Having a professional headshot is actually a super underrated way to get more views on your profile and to get recruiters to reach out to you. I saw this site called Aragon or something that uses AI to generate HD headshots of you. Could be worth checking out.
One of my colleagues at my previous job had a black and white filter on his headshot, the dude was wearing a winter vest (the puffy ones) with an American flag as the backdrop. Gave serious Angus MacGyver vibes.
