Anyone else encounter this error? It’s been keeping me out of work meetings for a week now, and we can’t get anyone at Zoom to look into this because of covid / free / paid conditions. If you work at Zoom or know of a workaround, please let me know. Steps we’ve already tried: 1. Checking the meeting ID and trying again. Confirmed that it’s right, but still getting that error. 2. Confirmed with administrator that they haven’t changed the meeting ID. I have the correct ID because they haven’t changed it and I have been able to use that meeting ID with success up until a week ago. 3. Tried clicking the zoom link instead of typing it in. Still getting the error. 4. Uninstalled and installed latest version of Zoom for Mac. Still getting the error. 5. Tried the latest version of Zoom for iOS. Still the same error. 5. Submitted two tickets to Zoom Support, but still no reply. I’m forgetting other steps, but the gist is, still getting the error. Using latest Zoom for Mac on latest macOS Catalina. #remotework #wfh #zoom

I get these as well but the meeting then loads. I'm using SSO login.

I am not with zoom, but can suggest a few steps to move forward. 1. Zoom also had the free 45 mins for everyone, try scheduling a meeting with your personal account and try joining it. 2. There should be a phone only way to dial in to the meeting, did you try that? At least audio is on. 3. Sometimes the generated link used to be a problem, try to enter the mtg id/password manually after launching the zoom app yourself. 4. Instead of using your mac, did you try your smart phone app to join? Good Luck!
