I have received a verbal offer from Salesforce and want to know if it's a good offer or a lowball.

Base: 43L
Bonus: 6.45L (15% of base)
RSU: $80K (14.8L per year)
Total: 64L
I was going through LC Comp section and saw a few posts where base was 45-48 along with a sign-on bonus which is missing in my case.
Can I ask for an increase in the base and sign-on?
I'm looking to maximize TC.
Current TC: 25(20 base) [HR didn't even ask this, only asked competing offer which was of 60]
