comments
If you have a good manager / team, they'll tell you to take more time off. If you don't, you'll have to keep an eye on your own burnout.
You might start getting comments on PTO if you're not making project deadlines or otherwise meeting your team's expectations, so plan ahead for larger chunks and block time off during quarter planning.
(I take 20-30 days off per year in addition to company holidays, of which there are legion.)
1. What is the TC range for EMs?
2. Does the interview loop have a coding round?
3. Referrals please :)
thanks in advance!
