Just had a recruiter contact me about a Technical Lead role.

I have never heard of them until today and Glassdoor didn't say much. A search on blind didn't reveal too much either.

Anybody have information about the company and the work culture at Embark?

      No problem. Just wanted to give perspective on my opinion as things I find ok to tolerated with basically no options may not be something top swes liked yourself will tolerate.

      Beggers cannot be choosey type thing.

    • They just recently reached out to me also for a similar role. What kind of "leetcode" question did they ask? I've been studying up for a career move. They seem like a pretty interest company.

      Yes looks like he is under 30, which is questionable. The company only has 120ish employees looking on LinkedIn so less then 200 for sure.

      Looking at random SWEs there people are coming from automakers, Intel, wish, oracle, etc... Better companies than I work for now but very few from top companies like Google.

      That could be good or bad, I'm not sure yet.
