Hi there, got a Strategic Planning/Initiatives & Ops role at a tech company (not Startup).
TC @ Strategy & Ops: ~$220K-$230K (Base+ Bonus+ Equity)
Current TC @ Finance: $175K-$185K (Base+bonus, no equity), up for promo so this would be higher, just don't know how much higher
YOE: 9 yrs
Since I don't know what Strategy & Ops salary normal is, is this a good/bad offer? what are the ranges like for Strategy & Ops (seems pretty close to finance in these companies?). Plus the growth into other tech companies having a strategy & ops background? Like can I go into product mgmt? or something else? I just don't wanna do finance anymore.
