I feel that I am anxious about things all the time. I recently joined a company and its been two months at my role and it is turning not out the way it was promised. My role is not properly defined and I am struggling to show impact. I know some of these things are beyond my control but I feel that I should be in control. Generally, I am anxious about things because I sometimes rush to make a decision and then I regret about it. To correct it, then I make another rushed decision and the loop repeats. Anyone experienced this and how to cope up?

Remember to learn to trust your gut. Just because you made bad decisions in the past, didn’t mean you’ll do it again. Most of the times, it’s the companies/teams we join that are effed up, not us.
Regarding anxiety - for me benzos are an instant fix, meditation - the long term solution. YMMV, everyone's mind works a little differently.
Also, TC?
I am in the same situation. Joined OCI 2 months because of a huge pay bump but the role is not at all defined well and the position is not what I was told. I had an Amazon interview just before I accepted and they reached out with an offer a couple of weeks ago. I have rejected their offer and taking time to jump to a more ideal fit in terms of pay, culture and work. I am going to interview in a couple of months and will look to leave soon if nothing changes.
I understand your situation. Be patient with your next choice. Everyone makes mistakes in their choices. It is what it is. I am planning to get a more thorough understanding of the team next time and prefer to meet more than a couple of engineers from a large team.
How is the relationship with your manager? I like to make a list of things I need to focus on at work and review them with my manager. Then I’ll be given feedback if I’m on the right track or give suggestions.
Also, something I’m focusing on is building up multiple streams of income to feel in control of my finances in case something happens to my 9-5.
Short advice but hope it’s a starting point. Best of luck!
