I leased a Model 3 Performance - (performance minus upgraded brakes, 20 inch wheels, performance pedals and spoiler) purchase price was around $51k. I put $2500 down and lease payment is around $770 a month for 24 months and 10k miles a year.

The car is fucking amazing and worth every penny.

    Buy.

Tesla’s lease is expensive. Monthly loan payment is lower than the lease payment.

I am planning on leasing under my LLC. I need my DTI to stay low as I begin to invest in real estate and by leasing under my LLC it won’t show on my credit report.

Why does it offend you so much? It’s not flexing, but maybe you find offense to it because you wish you could do this. Don’t take it out on me.

Maybe because OP is considering buying or leasing and wants input given their circumstances? In any case OP shares an interesting idea that some on the thread may deem valuable. It could prove useful simply for those who want to buy any house and lease any car, though I would not cut it so close that extra DTI from a car loan would swing the ability to get a mortgage. For investing maybe you are more DTI sensitive since you assume to get rental income from it later? Always comes with some risk.

If this seems like flexing to you, you must be new to blind.

OP I bought mine because leasing wasn’t an option then. I do not regret buying.
