In chase you have job security, but I'm not sure if you will enjoy the work. It's more calls and more financial stuff whereas Dell is pure tech.
Also if you're joining chase check with recruiter if the 10% variable mentioned is apart from the 750$ incentive or with it?
Also promotion varies so much. Some get easily promoted while some unlucky ones get stucked at 601 till 13-14 yoe, and 20 yoe also at 602.
