    Recruiters need learn this basic skill of responding.. it's annoying when they respond immediately for scheduling the phone screen and go on silent mode for weeks after the phone screen !

    No! Maybe contrary to the popular opinion, but I’ve stopped reaching out to recruiters just after a single follow up. If they liked you or didn’t want to lose you, they would’ve reached out. And following up is anyways not gonna fasten the process, better not to show the desperation
