Hello -

If one intends to foray into the Fintech Industry (Crypto, Web3) with no prior knowledge of it whatsoever, what are some of the areas to start with in terms of gaining knowledge?#tech #fintech esp if you are looking at Product/Portfolio/Program Management as a domain to work in.

    Well first, no one calls crypto/web3 as fintech. Fintech is more web2 financial tech.
    Crypto/web3 is simply crypto/web3, although in actually it too is indeed "financial technology".

    Trying to learn web3 is like trying to learn all of the internet. It's really vast so try to understand lay of the land, and then find where your conviction is for long term future. Much of the space is frothy but out of the dot com bubble came Amazon Paypal and Ebay, and many more valuable tech after.
