Buyer will be an investor or homeowner (new or upscaling).
Seasonally, more inventory correspond to more buyers. Proportionally it works out. Only difference now is higher rates with increased house prices. If buyer does not show up then it's a problem because new construction and selling from investor(spl flippers) will be there.
