Is this a good offer for Director at a Bay Area biotech? Think Natera, Guardant Health, Grail and the like. Position is 100% REMOTE, managing group of 20 people. PhD, 8 YOE Base: $210k Starting bonus: $40k Annual Bonus: $40k RSU: $200k initial grant ($50k vest per year) TC: ~325k

Seems fine for remote. Depends a bit what area in biotech - R&D, Regulatory, clinical, bisdev, etc
