Recruiter didn’t contact as promised

I had an onsite last week. The recruiter told me that my debriefing is scheduled today and will get back to me today - it didn’t happen. I was really upset. Does that imply a rejection?

Things happen, maybe they didn’t get to you on debrief, maybe recruiter had something come up and couldn’t get back to you today, maybe your recruiter is crappy.
Really upset is just too much.
