I have got a verbal offer from Zeta for SDE1. I applied for SDE2 but they are offering SDE1.
Should I take it? Is there any way to negotiate for SDE2? How long it takes for SDE1 to SDE2 promotion in Zeta?
Any inputs on promotion cycle would help.
