YoE: 6
Base: 140k
Equity: 300k
The recruiter made it clear that this was negotiable and there could be a signing bonus. I didn't even try to negotiate as I had offers from other companies for over 100k a year more. And this offer was well below what I was making at the time π.

As for WFH some groups managers allow remote because of the pandemic but it's generally frowned on because elon hates remote workers and in the past flipped out that we had a few remote workers and would not approve any more remote workers. I think once the vaccines roll out this year it will be back to the open office cube farm for most people.
