If you’re close to production, pressure is high. Outside of this there are a lot of variation, but in general people are working a lot. This is not really that there are explicit pressure to work long hours but many are very committed , and I think that when you are joining a team you’re more likely to pick up the same rythme.
In terms of compensation, it depends on the role / the team and how much they want you after the on-site, but they will in general align on other offers you may have (from google/fb/Apple/Amazon/...)
Pay shouldn't be an issue since you are moving there from another job. If you realize post interview, that you aced it, feel free to go a bit hard on negotiation.
New grads have to fight a bit with competitive offers.
Wlb depends on the team.
Moving from places like FB or Google seems to be a large change for people. Most don't last very long (a year or two).
