I’ve been here for only a few months, so haven’t seen too much politics yet. For interviews, I think it’s really more on luck rather than your qualifications. I applied for 6 roles with a referral and luckily a recruiter for one of those noticed my application.
But yeah, if you prefer higher TC over wlb, then Visa is definitely not the place to be. Benefits are awesome though
50% of 8% up to $5,000. We also get a 401k profit sharing of 3-5% of total comp (salary + bonus) depending on company performance. The two come out to being $13,005 for me this year.

Visa matches 200% of the 5% of base, so if you're paid big bucks, they might pay you nicely in the match.
