VMware PM offer evaluation
I have a PM offer from VMware - 160K base; 15K sign-on, $75K RSU over 4 years. Is this a good offer ? My experience is 4 years in engineering and 2 in product mgmt.

Yes, that is a decent offer for your experience level in my opinion. What was the bonus percentage?
