How much does a VP make in Florida @ Citi? I know it's typically based on divisions/experience, but what's a min range?
Depends if you're cost center or revenue generating. Which line of business? Tampa, Jacksonville, or SFL?
No minimum range, I know some one pulls ~90k and another one ~200k+.
200k+ is definitely revenue generating.
A friend moved from NJ to Tampa with 140k base.
Would be between 120-150k. Not official number. Just something I know in my own team.
You should look around $85-110K base depending on the business you will work at. A little more if you will manage a team.
C13 tampa can be between 65k - 160k base: but average is 145/150k base
c13 base is 160-165K in NY, Tampa would be 150-160k base
Base in Tampa for a VP ranges from 98k - 145k; that means you’ll most likely get offered 115-125; I mean you have SVPs making 140 and some SVPs making 198k base in Tampa. So yea Citi will in the end offer the lowest base and promise bullshit bonuses which we all know is crap.
How about Irving location?
