What are some of the white boarding challenges that people have had to take at Facebook. I’ve heard of ATM and Smart lock🤔
Really curious to see what other ones they have.
Thanks #interviews #ui/ux #design

Their design team is a mess and they have no idea what they’re doing.
My main reasons for disliking Meta's was because they seem to pride themselves on giving you an ambiguous problem and then expect you to also lead the conversation and hit all the points they're looking for. My approach leans heavily on product sense, but in retrospect I think they were looking for more visual design points.
Meanwhile other companies tell you not to worry about the visual solution bc it's a whiteboard challenge and it's hard to measure someone's visual sense when you're just going to be working with a set design system anyway?
I asked how this exercise was being evaluated and the interviewer said he honestly wasn’t sure, but it’s part of the process.
Flagged by the community.
