Probably Amsterdam, but you won’t come close to that TC in either city.

Amsterdam

Avoid Vancouver unless you want to work for amazon for the rest of your life

Intel qePv13 Jan 15, 2020

Vancouver has many other tech companies.

Zynga DORw15 Jan 15, 2020

Name a few top tier ones apart from amazon and salesforce?

Intuit Yauyhvhb Jan 15, 2020

What is the process to apply for work visa in Amsterdam?

Uber HLXq22 OP Jan 15, 2020

Standard process- find an employer that will do the process for you

So you'll be at the mercy of the employer again much like H-1B? Canada is better in that respect.

Why Amsterdam? How about London, sydney, Zurich, Singapore etc? Agree that only in Zurich one can get almost same TC.

Uber HLXq22 OP Jan 15, 2020

London - housing more expensive, not as safe

Uber HLXq22 OP Jan 15, 2020

Sydney- not as many tech job opportunities compared to Europe

Rally Health FUPayMe$$ Jan 15, 2020

Go to Vancouver. Canada has a better tech industry than European countries for similar benefits

Sprinklr Clinklr Jan 15, 2020

Vancouver. For the simple reason that Amsterdam is full of Dutch people.

And that's an issue because? 🍿

Some people don’t like the Dutch culture of directness

Ironclad ⌐(ಠ۾ಠ)¬ Jan 15, 2020

Unlikely that Europe can offer you that level of TC

Uber HLXq22 OP Jan 15, 2020

Not looking for same TC. Just looking for better quality of life and a reasonable TC for that city
