Looking to escape the visa situation(H1B) in the US. Single income, family with 2 kids. Which city has better quality of life, better childcare, school system etc ? current TC: 425K #vancouver #amsterdam

Standard process- find an employer that will do the process for you
So you'll be at the mercy of the employer again much like H-1B? Canada is better in that respect.
Why Amsterdam? How about London, sydney, Zurich, Singapore etc? Agree that only in Zurich one can get almost same TC.
Go to Vancouver. Canada has a better tech industry than European countries for similar benefits
Vancouver. For the simple reason that Amsterdam is full of Dutch people.

Some people don’t like the Dutch culture of directness
Unlikely that Europe can offer you that level of TC
Not looking for same TC. Just looking for better quality of life and a reasonable TC for that city
