What are the traits looked for in a Google coding interview to hire for L5?
I recently got rejected on basis of my coding rounds. The feedback i received indicated that i could have been "faster" or written code could have been more "effective". While i did miss a few edge cases in my initial solution, i was able to rectify them independently in the subsequent versions of the solution. The rejection has left me wondering what exactly is looked for in coding. Maybe guys who interview candidates for Google can help me here. Also, if the things you are looking for are different for each level - i am interested in L5 specifically.
