currently a senior at LinkedIn.

looking at the TC and levels, i feel I'm seriously under-levelled and under-paid. while the feedback is always along the lines of "smart, hardworking engineer who gets $hit done", It hasn't translated to real growth. dont see current projects impactful enough for staff promo.

previous experiences in Msft and a couple of small product based companies.

is my comp terrible?
what am i missing? time to leetcode and GTFO?

TC : 165/300/25/ 8-10% i think
